Nuova Enoteca

Opened in 1996, Restaurant Nuova Enoteca is a wine shop and delicatessen in the heart of Cartagena de Indias. Nuova Enoteca offers typical Italian food starting with a combination of prosciutto, mozzarella, and salami. Italian cheeses are next: asiago, provolone, Sarracín, ricotta salata and grana padano. There is a wonderful selection of main dishes including risotto, meats, carpaccio and salad. If you prefer something more substantial, try a delicious tenderloin or perfectly cooked lamb. The meal can end with a touch of pickle delights or something sweet and a classic Italian coffee.
