Luxurious house with excellent location in the San Diego neighborhood of the historic center of Cartagena de Indias. An elegant property, colonial, comfortable and cozy to relax and dream surrounded by walls with a lot of history.

The other element that determines the warmth of the environment and maintains the colonial style, are the walls: in the old part the walls were restored, revealing the coral stone and the brick with which each stage of the house was made .

The house can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably accommodated in the five rooms that have the most up-to-date amenities.

On the ground floor we find a spacious high-ceilinged living room with wooden beams, the tropical garden, the large swimming pool, the dining room, the kitchen and two bedrooms with King size beds with private bathrooms.

On the upper floor there are three rooms with queen size bed, private bathroom, cable TV, fan, air conditioning and safe.
