La Bonga del Sinú

Founded more than 20 years ago in the city of Montería, it currently has establishments distributed in two different formats:

- La Bonga del Sinu traditional, a table service restaurant and table service that already has five venues: two in Bogotá and one in cities like Monteria, Barranquilla and Cartagena. - La Bonga Express, where high-quality fast food is offered at eight locations in the same cities.

Since its inception it has been successful for the excellent quality of its products of typical coastal food, and its specialty in grilled meats.

As it became known to friends, relatives, customers of the region and foreigners, it became a requirement to expand to other regions of the country, requiring a great investment in cutting-edge technology that would enable it to streamline its processes and standardize its products .
