This Australian coffee shop with delicious and healthy food is also a social enterprise that employs, trains and teaches English through paid internships to people from disadvantaged communities of Cartagena to increase their future employability.

The creators are three young Australian friends, Tom, Vanessa and Hannah, who aim to provide a safe and comfortable space to facilitate learning, growth, confidence that gives quality, comprehensive training and employment to the disadvantaged youth of the city from Cartagena. Through practical experience, this cafe will provide them with opportunities and skills to have employment in the future.

They have partnered with a local non-profit foundation called FEM, which focuses on sustainable development projects to empower indigenous and Afro communities to dream of a better future.
