La Huaca

La Huaca is the favorite spot in Bocagrande to share with friends and family. A restaurant that was born when the Peruvian chef, Christian Bollinger, a lover of the food of his country, decided to create a place that could evoke and offer the true seasoning of Perú in Cartagena de Indias.

Its chef and the ingredients, with which he prepares the exquisite dishes, are of Peruvian origin, thus guaranteeing the true flavor from Perú, accompanied by famous drinks such as the Inca Kola, the Cusqueña or the delicious Chicha Morada.

La Huaca is a familiar place. It is decorated in the style of a typical Peruvian inn, keeping colors and ornamentation with Inca looms and ceramics. It has a terrace, a main room and lounge bar, all ready to provide customers with an enjoyable experience.

Over the more than 40 dishes on its menu, the delicious Ceviche, the Causa Limeña, the Papa a la Huancaina, the Lomo Saltado, and the Ají de Gallina, seasoned with various spices and chili peppers, stand out.
