Wine tasting with pairing or Tasting of Rum and Cacao

If we want to know the process of marrying a food with a wine, this is the perfect experience to learn and enjoy creating a good dish and accompanying it with the ideal wine. If tastes are stronger and exotic, tasting rum and cacao will be an activity that you will want to repeat over and over again.

The tasting can be in Spanish or English. It will be directed by the professional sommelier Óscar Andrés Marulanda.

ÓSCAR ANDRÉS MARULANDA Based in Cartagena de Indias - Colombia since 2007, more than 12 years of experience as a Sommelier, his vocation and passion for Ology and teaching have enabled him to work  in contribute to the improvement of the Gastronomic Industry and the progress of the regional economy by promoting knowledge and service based on high standards of luxury. His training acquired it in Spain mainly, later applying its knowledge in Colombia in the liquor industry, supermarkets, Wine bar, from of his arrival in Cartagena focused on the Gastronomic sector where has been in charge of commercial, pedagogical, managerial and operational.
