The Colombian Navy will host the International Festival of Sailing "Sail 2014", in which the arrival of more than 15 different countries Sailing School are expected.
Following the successful experience of Sail and Sail 2006 2010 Marine Naval participants in the Inter-American Conference held in Mexico in 2012, decided to give life to the Third International Festival of tall ships and vessels made in South America and the Caribbean.
In the framework of the meeting "2014 Candles Latin America", sailboats and ships arrived at Cartagena de Indias from 15 to 19 May, will, with ARC "Gloria" ship as host, with the participation of sailboats of different countries. Among those already confirmed are Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Brazil.
