Kanuú Restaurant presents:
Each region of Mexico, like Colombia, has its own recipes and culinary traditions. Hence its enormous variety and that unique game of "itch and taste" that characterizes its gastronomy and that has its indelible mark on the “jitomato”, in its various forms and varieties. More Events in Cartagena de Indias.
For its part, the “jimote” comes from the hand to the table, with the use of corn, chili and beans as inevitable ingredients in the creation of exquisite recipes that make Mexican cuisine
one of the most desired in the world.
In Cartagena, from March the 16th to the 29th, the Kanuú restaurant
of the InterContinental Hotel
brings Leticia Cueva de Sierra
as a guest chef to recreate Mexican cuisine with appetizing dishes where it is combined, not only the excellent quality in the preparation of the most popular recipes with authentic ingredients, but also a presentation that recreates the glamour of fine dining.
Among the recipes that will delight diners visiting the Kanuú restaurant are: Chipocludos Shrimp, marinated in tequila and chipotle chile, served with corn tortilla; the unmissable Chilaquiles that are crispy corn tortilla chips dipped in green and red sauce with fresh cheese. There is also the chicken with almond mole, starred with toasted sesame seeds and white rice; the shaken snapper fillet marinated with guajillo and chipotle chili, as well as the grilled roast or the beef tampiqueña, a baby beef cut roasted and served with guacamole, enchilada, refried beans and grilled cheese. Among the desserts are the Jericallas de Jalisco and the corn flan.
