Las Chambaculeras

How to get there?

These are the two routes by which you can reach the pier of these barges located at the back of Santander Avenue, in Caño Juan Angola, between the Marbella and Crespo neighborhoods:

• Going down the Crespo-Canapote bridge, after passing through the Canapote House of Justice, turn on the first block on the right hand side and on the next one do it to the left. After advancing 400 meters you will find the colorful Chambaculeras.
• From the traffic light of Marbella, on Santander Avenue, turn right, and passing the Benjamín Herrera bridge, cross to the left and go on for about 1 km.

Prices and Schedules

• They currently have 3 boats baptized in honor of Cartagena’s neighborhoods, such as San Pedro y Libertad, Nariño and Getsemaní. The traditional one-hour tour for 16 people (minimum 4), without including food, drinks or live music, is worth 90.000 COP.
• The V.I.P. tour lasts for two hours, which includes mixed bites, 32 national beers, sound booth and live music for one hour. It has a cost of 800 thousand COP.
• Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Every day of the week.
