With a modern atmosphere, it has a closed room and an outdoor terrace with a capacity of 60 people. Their willing and enthusiastic team works hard to prepare and serve the best product with top quality ingredients; continuously innovating through comprehensive kitchen and table service training.

Its base is the Arab kitchen of the house and the mestizaje present in the Colombian Caribbean where "the quibbe and the carimañola occupy the same place".

In Zaitún they offer a variety of creative dishes like wraps, salads, fish and meats in which Mediterranean ingredients and their own, that mix to recreate new flavors that invite the pleasure of good eating.
