Caribbean Traditional Cooking Classes

Spend a few hours with one of the city’s renowned chefs, as he shares his recipes, stories and secrets behind every dish. Classes are hosted privately for each group, at a colonial house within the old city walls. Available in Spanish, English & French.

The options presented below are some of the most traditional Colombian dishes, however the menu can be adapted for those with allergies, dietary restrictions or picky palates. If you are interested in learning to cook a particular dish that is not on our menu, please let us know and we'll be happy to make the necessary arrangements.

Bazurto Market

The more curious and adventurous have the option to visit the Bazurto market with the chef and pick-up the ingredients for the cooking class. The market is a vibrant and exciting place, however it is also smelly, loud and crowded. It is an incredibly unique experience, but not recommended for the faint-hearted!
