Simply put, this is a very cool spot. Surrounded by a sleek, minimalist design, you will find your go-to spot for a drink, or drinks, after a day exploring the city. Don't be fooled by the casual environment, though. The kitchen at Demente is putting out a quality of food reserved for a high end restaurant. The most discerning palettes will be pleased with the creations coming from the kitchen and behind the bar.

Located in the vibrant Plaza de la Trinidad in the up and coming neighbourhood of Getsemaní, Wiesner has created a hip watering hole in arguably the hippest area in the city. He also personal selects the music for the evenings, which is best described as worldly. At any time, you may stumble in on some reggae, funk, jazz, blues, hip-hop, or even ol' Frank Sinatra descending from the speakers to create a perfect laid back vibe. Demente even features rocking chairs throughout!
